Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and interviewers to ensure a seamless hiring process. This role involves coordinating and scheduling interviews, managing pipeline activity, and identifying process improvements.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates to coordinate and schedule interviews
  2. Work with complex and shifting calendars across multiple time zones and facilitate any schedule changes
  3. Collaborate with other recruiting coordinators on best practices to streamline scheduling processes
  4. Help expand our University Program and assist with high-volume scheduling during each recruitment term
  5. Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders

Skills

Required

  • 1+ years of experience in a Recruiting Coordinator or similar role
  • 4+ years of overall work experience
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems
