ABBYY is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for the APAC region to lead sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent. This role requires advanced proficiency in Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter, deep knowledge of APAC talent markets, and expertise in managing a data-driven, end-to-end recruitment process. The specialist will partner with hiring managers and HR business partners, drive full-cycle recruitment, build talent pipelines, ensure a positive candidate experience, and report on recruitment KPIs. Experience hiring across multiple job families and understanding regional labor markets is essential. The role also involves supporting employer branding and DEI initiatives.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive the full-cycle recruitment process across India and the broader APAC region using Greenhouse ATS for requisition management, candidate tracking, pipeline updates, interview workflows, and reporting.
  2. Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs, role requirements, and business objectives across technical and non‑technical functions.
  3. Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, direct sourcing, talent mapping, job boards, referrals, and market insights to attract high-quality active and passive candidates.
  4. Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for priority and high‑growth roles across multiple APAC markets.
  5. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience by managing all touchpoints through Greenhouse and maintaining timely, transparent communication.
