Talent Acquisition Systems & Automation Lead

Klaviyo Klaviyo · Enterprise · Boston, MA · People

Klaviyo is seeking a Talent Acquisition Systems & Automation Lead to improve recruiting workflows, introduce automation, maintain data integrity, and build reporting infrastructure. This role sits at the intersection of recruiting, data, and workflow design, focusing on building systems to make hiring faster, smarter, and more impactful. The ideal candidate has experience in operations or talent programs, exposure to low-code/workflow automation/AI tools, and a strong track record of improving automation and systems.

What you'd actually do

  1. Improve Recruiting Workflows. Partner with recruiters and sourcers to identify friction in the recruiting process and redesign workflows that make hiring faster, clearer, and more consistent. You’ll translate real recruiting pain points into operational improvements across our ATS, sourcing tools, and reporting strategy.
  2. Introduce Smart Automation. Look for opportunities to automate repetitive recruiting tasks and reduce manual work. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you should enjoy experimenting with automation tools and learning new ways for our systems to connect.
  3. Maintain Data Integrity. Strong recruiting operations rely on clean, trustworthy data.
  4. You’ll monitor the health of our recruiting data and implement processes that prevent errors before they happen.
  5. Turn Data Into Direction. Build the reporting infrastructure that gives TA leadership clear, actionable visibility into pipeline health, recruiter capacity, and hiring trends. Your work won't just surface what's happening — it'll shape what we do next, helping the team make faster, higher-confidence decisions.
