This role is for a Talent Acquisition specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting for a fast-growing AI company, focusing on GTM, corporate, and potentially engineering functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in competitive talent markets and a strong understanding of the full recruiting process.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage full-cycle recruiting process ensuring a smooth and bespoke candidate experience.
  2. Develop and own search strategies and deliver research against those strategies for searches across various business/Corporate and potentially technical functions (GTM, Partnership, Sales, Corporate, Engineering)
  3. Deeply understand hiring needs, partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies.
  4. Identify, attract, and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals.
  5. Dive deep into data and root cause issues.
