Visa's Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Talent Analyst to provide recruiting cycle support for business functions across Europe. This role involves supporting experienced Recruiters, sourcing and screening talent, building talent shortlists, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, collaborating on talent pool data analysis, and optimizing talent acquisition initiatives. The position requires experience in fast-paced environments, skilled sourcing through various channels, proficiency in screening and ATS, collaboration with stakeholders, and the ability to capture recruitment metrics and deliver data-driven insights.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as a trusted advisor to Recruiters and hiring teams by building strong relationships, understanding business needs, providing timely updates, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
  2. Sourcing and screening external talent to sell the Visa employer brand and roles
  3. Build talent short lists with sound reasoning for each candidate
  4. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, demonstrating a commitment to quality, speed, and meticulous attention to detail
  5. Collaborate with Recruiters to gather and analyse talent pool data, translating insights into actionable strategies to support organisational goals.
