Talent Attraction Partner

Salesforce is seeking a Talent Attraction Partner to join their Employee Success team. This role focuses on finding and engaging top talent, assessing candidates, and nurturing talent pools for current and future opportunities. The role involves partnering with Talent Delivery and Recruiting teams to deliver a qualified pipeline of candidates. While Salesforce utilizes AI tools in the recruiting process, this role itself is not directly involved in building or deploying AI models.

What you'd actually do

  1. You will attract and engage with candidates from all channels - inbound applicants, internal applicants, referrals, and outbound sourced candidates
  2. You will conduct deep assessments with candidates from all sources, driving exceptional candidate experiences and delivering the best quality talent for Salesforce.
  3. You will cultivate relationships with candidates for immediate and future opportunities while enriching our talent pools in our CRM to ensure we are able to nurture talent effectively and match top talent to our roles.
  4. You will submit fully assessed qualified talent to your Recruiting counterparts, who will match, coach, advocate, and convert talent.
