This role is for a Talent Attraction Partner focused on recruiting for internship and new graduate roles within Salesforce's Futureforce program. The role involves attracting, engaging, and assessing candidates, building university partnerships, and leveraging AI tools to improve recruiting efficiency. While the company heavily utilizes AI and the role involves using AI tools, the core function is recruitment, not AI/ML development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Attract and engage candidates across all channels — including inbound and outbound applications, campus events, and referrals — and conduct thorough candidate assessments to deliver qualified talent to Recruiting partners
  2. Build and maintain university partnerships with career centers, student organizations, faculty, and campus ambassadors to create a consistent Salesforce presence on campus, and plan, coordinate, and execute in-person and virtual recruiting events
  3. Cultivate relationships with candidates for immediate and future opportunities, maintaining accurate talent pool records in the CRM to support effective pipeline nurturing
  4. Leverage AI tools to drive efficiency and scale across the recruiting process, and contribute market insights and process improvements to the broader Futureforce team

Skills

Required

  • Experience sourcing and recruiting talent in the university or early talent landscape
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage university partnerships, including relationships with career services, student organizations, and academic institutions
  • Strong project management and data analysis skills — able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and use recruiting metrics to optimize sourcing strategies and report on pipeline health
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of global, cross-regional teams in a matrixed environment

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to adopt new technologies to improve recruiting efficiency
  • Experience working across global or cross-regional recruiting teams
  • Background conducting competency-based candidate assessments
