What you'd actually do

  1. Attract and engage candidates across all channels — including inbound applicants, referrals, outbound sourced candidates, and candidates from campus events and partnerships
  2. Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person and virtual recruiting events, including content development, logistics, and stakeholder engagement
  3. Conduct in-depth candidate assessments from all sources, driving an exceptional candidate experience and delivering qualified talent to Recruiting partners
  4. Cultivate relationships with candidates for immediate and future opportunities and maintain accurate talent pool records in the CRM to support effective pipeline nurturing
