This role is for a Talent Development Consultant at Adobe, focused on designing and implementing global leadership development programs. The consultant will own the end-to-end process, from diagnosis to impact measurement, ensuring alignment with business priorities and driving sustained leadership capability and behavior change. What you'd actually do

  1. Assume complete ownership of leadership development end to end, from experience design through to measurable, lasting behaviour change
  2. Lead complex, global development initiatives through all phases — diagnosis, design, delivery, and impact measurement
  3. Manage multiple workstreams, internal partners, and dependencies to deliver high-quality outcomes at scale
  4. Ensure all development experiences are aligned to business priorities and translate into sustained leadership capability and behaviour change
  5. Partner with business collaborators to diagnose challenges, identify root causes, and define meaningful interventions

Required

  • Experience managing intricate, worldwide programs from strategy through implementation
  • Proven program management abilities, having directed complex, global initiatives from inception to completion, managing multiple contributors, interdependencies, and priorities
  • Strong consulting approach, with the ability to diagnose problems and build practical, scalable solutions
  • Demonstrated skill in influencing and establishing trust with teams from various departments
  • Strong facilitation skills, experienced in guiding meaningful, engaging experiences
  • Data driven approach, with experience measuring outcomes and using insights to improve efficiency
  • Solid foundation in leadership development, behavioral change, and adult learning
  • Experience managing complex, global initiatives throughout the entire change process, from assessment through implementation and outcome evaluation
  • Proven capability to persuade senior partners and manage complexity in a global, matrixed setting
  • Experience using data and insights to inform strategy and evaluate impact
