Salesforce is seeking an experienced Senior Manager for Talent Development to lead the evolution of their Professional Services Talent Framework. This role will focus on developing and operationalizing performance and career development frameworks, partnering with stakeholders to embed talent practices, and overseeing data collection and reporting. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in organizational and talent development, with a strong understanding of leveraging data and leading large-scale change initiatives.

What you'd actually do

  1. Evolve and operationalize our Professional Services Key Strategic Objectives framework and tools that move beyond basic KPIs to recognize the full range of our employees’ contributions.
  2. Define governance and operating models to ensure consistency and scalability and advise on the tooling to drive program success.
  3. Provide thought leadership, enablement and change management to influence and align global business stakeholders and supporting teams, and drive adoption and effective usage of the overall performance framework, systems and tools.
  4. Oversee the data collection and reporting process to support the performance framework.
  5. Audit and refine the process to ensure it is continuous, objective, and data-backed.
