This role is for a Talent Enablement Partner focused on recruiting for the Growth organization in EMEA. What you'd actually do

  1. You will run recruitment processes across the organisation, partnering closely with leaders and People Enablement Partners to identify and hire exceptional people.
  2. Beyond running hiring processes, you will also work on strengthening how Legora hires as a company.
  3. This includes improving sourcing strategies, strengthening candidate pipelines, and ensuring we maintain strong visibility into talent markets for key roles.
  4. You will help refine interview frameworks, evaluation methods, and hiring practices that allow the organisation to make consistent and high-quality hiring decisions.
  5. Another part of the role involves analyzing hiring data and conversion metrics to understand how our recruitment processes perform, identifying opportunities to improve both speed and decision quality.
