Talent & Growth Planning & Ops Consultant

This role supports the end-to-end execution of virtual and in-person delivery of learning programs, courses, and leadership offerings within the Talent & Growth Center of Excellence. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating logistics, ensuring delivery readiness, managing participant registration and communications, and collaborating with various teams to enhance delivery effectiveness.

What you'd actually do

  1. Independently plan and execute for virtual and in person delivery of T&G programs and services, learning experiences, and leadership offerings.
  2. Coordinate end to end event logistics including scheduling, venue/room setup, technology checks, facilitator needs, and contingency planning.
  3. Ensure delivery readiness by preparing agendas, run of show documents, materials, and course collateral.
  4. Independently manage participant registration, enrollment tracking, waitlists, and confirmations using enterprise systems and tools.
  5. Partner with leadership to proactively prioritize work, align on timelines, and execute program requirements.

Skills

Required

  • 2–4 years of experience in event coordination, learning delivery, project coordination, hospitality, or similar operational roles.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and stakeholders in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), with the ability to create documents, presentations, and spreadsheets to support day-to-day operations.
  • Comfort with technology platforms (e.g., Teams, learning systems, registration tools).
  • Ability to build strong, service-oriented relationships with partners and participants.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting virtual and in person learning delivery.
  • Familiarity with T&G programs, offerings, or talent development processes.
  • Experience with enterprise registration, communication, or event management systems.
  • Experience with facilitation.
