Talent Innovation and Solutions – Leadership Excellence Lead Specialist

This role is for a Lead Specialist on the Talent Innovation and Solutions Digital & Analytics team at Deloitte. The primary focus is on implementing and supporting core firmwide People channel applications, specifically within Leadership Excellence Applications. The role involves managing the planning, build, testing, and deployment of technical programs and projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. It requires translating business needs into technical requirements, monitoring project status, and coordinating with technical and support teams. The role also involves training and documentation.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead up to two concurrent project implementations while continuing to support up to three live systems/projects in post-deployment activities
  2. Plan, schedule, estimate, forecast, coordinate, and manage the delivery of all project deliverables and related initiatives.
  3. Define technical requirements as needed for new initiatives/projects, ensuring that systems are built to comply with firm standards and security protocols.
  4. Understand, assess, and review business issues to translate them into technical terminology to discuss with Deloitte Technology and support teams.
  5. Monitor and report on status of project efforts, including leading project status activities. Proactively manage project issues and risks. Propose recommendations and solutions to resolve potential conflicts and risks.
