This role is for a Talent Partner focused on Go-To-Market (GTM) and General & Administrative (G&A) roles at an AI infrastructure company. The individual will manage the full recruitment cycle, partner with GTM leaders, help set hiring standards, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience. The company provides infrastructure for AI teams, enabling GPU access, fast container startups, and low-latency inference serving, serving thousands of customers with production AI workloads.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive full-cycle recruiting for key hires across GTM and G&A functions (sourcing, pitching, guiding interviews, and closing candidates)
  2. Partner with GTM leaders to understand the real work and calibrate on what great looks like
  3. Help set our hiring bar and how we evaluate talent
  4. Execute creative top-of-funnel strategies that resonate with a strong community of experienced GTM talent
  5. Deliver a fast, respectful, honest candidate experience
