What you'd actually do

  1. Own recruiting from intake through close for engineering leadership and hard-to-fill technical roles, ensuring speed and quality at every stage.
  2. Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines in high-demand areas such as AI/ML, Cloud Infrastructure, Security, and Backend Engineering.
  3. Serve as a trusted partner to engineering directors and VPs — delivering market intelligence on talent availability, competitor hiring activity, and compensation benchmarks.
  4. Apply AI-enabled sourcing tools to improve efficiency, track funnel metrics to strengthen hiring predictability, and maintain dashboards that give leaders awareness of pipeline health.
  5. Deliver a high-touch, inclusive experience at every touchpoint, reflecting our "Adobe for All" commitment.
