Talent Readiness Specialist, Performance & Talent Assessments

This role focuses on designing and delivering talent programs within CrowdStrike, a cybersecurity company. The specialist will partner with HR to activate enterprise-wide initiatives related to performance, development, and career mobility. Key responsibilities include supporting performance processes, drafting communications, developing enablement content, and administering talent assessment programs. The role will also leverage data and emerging AI capabilities to improve talent enablement and support career framework transparency. While AI is mentioned as a tool to leverage, the core function is HR/Talent Management, not AI development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support end-to-end performance processes (goal-setting, reviews, and feedback cycles), ensuring a seamless and consistent employee experience across the organization
  2. Draft multi-channel communications and deliver change management strategies to enable adoption at scale across multiple personas
  3. Design and deliver engaging learning experiences across formats (instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, or self-guided)
  4. Lead and administer talent assessment programs, including 360 feedback, executive leadership assessments, and coaching initiatives
  5. Leverage data, insights, and emerging AI capabilities to continuously improve how we enable employees and people managers

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Talent management, or people programs in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
  • Experience supporting performance review cycles or talent processes
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
  • Strong communications skills, including the ability to translate data into clear insights
  • Familiarity with HR systems and tools (e.g. Workday, assessment platforms, LMS, Articulate, Miro)

Nice to have

  • Exposure to change management, communications, and talent programs preferred
  • 3+ years of experience facilitating in-person and /or virtual learning experience
  • Experience delivering programs to global audiences across multiple levels
  • Ability to adapt content and delivery methods to learning needs
  • Experience with AI-enabled tools and workflow optimization preferred
