What you'd actually do

  1. Partner closely with EMEA recruiters and hiring managers to develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for open and pipeline roles across engineering, product, sales, and support functions.
  2. Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, talent databases, professional communities, and creative sourcing techniques.
  3. Build and maintain warm talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality candidates before requisitions open.
  4. Conduct initial outreach and candidate screenings to assess interest, fit, and availability — delivering well-qualified, well-briefed candidates to the recruiting team.
  5. Track and report on sourcing metrics including outreach response rates, pipeline conversion, and time-to-slate to continuously improve approach and effectiveness.

Skills

  • 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience
