This role is for a Talent Sourcer at Notion, focusing on building the top of the funnel for Go-To-Market (GTM) roles across APAC. The role involves managing the sourcing process, conducting initial screenings, advancing I.D.E.A. strategy, acting as a strategic advisor, and making data-driven decisions. While Notion has AI built into its product and encourages the use of AI tools, this specific role is not directly involved in building or researching AI/ML models.

What you'd actually do

  1. You'll manage the sourcing process from inception through successful close, ensuring candidate and hiring manager experience are exceptional throughout every step of the way
  2. You'll conduct initial qualification screenings and casual chats with candidates to assess fit and build relationships
  3. You'll advance our Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility (I.D.E.A) strategy, working towards building more diverse and inclusive teams
  4. You'll be a strategic advisor and talent sourcing expert leading successful searches across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing
  5. You'll collaborate with the broader team on process improvements, programs, and strategic initiatives

Skills

Required

  • At least 2 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, whether in-house or agency, or relevant transferable skills from related fields
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools, with skills in Boolean and X-ray searches (or eagerness to learn these tools)
  • Persistence, consistency, and attention to detail
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Kind, warm, and thoughtful demeanor
  • Ability to contribute across the full scope of recruiting operations
  • Fluent Japanese and business English skills
