This is a Talent Sourcing Partner role focused on Product and Design roles at Roblox. The role involves partnering with recruiters and business leaders to identify, attract, and engage top candidates, influencing and improving recruiting processes, sharing talent market insights, and championing a positive candidate experience. It requires experience in sourcing for Product Managers and Designers, managing high-volume pipelines, and utilizing data for insights. The role is not directly involved in AI/ML development or research.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner closely with Roblox recruiters and business leaders to deeply understand each team’s goals and talent needs, then identify, attract, and engage top candidates who will drive our mission forward
  2. Proactively source and engage top talent through Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Behance, Dribbble, and other platforms
  3. Influence and improve processes to help the team work smarter, faster, and at scale
  4. Share talent market insights with hiring managers to guide decisions on leveling, compensation, and candidate profiles
  5. Mentor and coach hiring managers and interviewers, raising the bar on calibration, evaluation, and selection practices

  • Proven ability to spot high quality, high craft portfolios
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines while delivering quality results

  • A strong track record of influencing stakeholders and solving complex sourcing challenges with creativity and innovation
  • Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System to maintain candidate pipelines
