Talent Temporary Workforce: Lead Performance Management Specialist

This is a temporary role for a Lead Performance Management Specialist at Deloitte, focusing on advising and supporting business leaders with performance management processes, including promotions and compensation. The role involves collaborating with talent business advisors, identifying trends in performance data, and supporting the annual performance and promotion cycle.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serving as an advisor to talent and business leaders on PM processes and strategy, including socialization and education as the performance management experience continues to be enhanced globally
  2. Owning relationship with assigned talent business advisors (TBAs) and collaborating to execute performance management activities that support the development of our people and enable leaders to make informed performance-based decisions related to promotions, compensation, etc.
  3. Identifying trends in performance data and making recommendations for action, including low performer management
  4. Advising business leaders, team leaders, and coaches on navigating sensitive low performer scenarios
  5. Supporting talent business advisors and business leaders with the annual performance and promotion cycle, including identifying eligible professionals, advising on readiness, and finalizing/submitting promotion decisions

Skills

Required

  • Minimum of 5 years of human resource management or related experience
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to travel 0-10%

Nice to have

  • Professional certification (PHR or SPHR)
