This role is for a Target Security Specialist responsible for maintaining a safe and secure work environment at a Target supply chain facility. Key responsibilities include executing yard and perimeter patrols, following emergency procedures, managing truck gate operations, and visitor management. The role requires the ability to respond to security incidents, operate technology systems, and work in varying environmental conditions. Prior experience is preferred but not required.

What you'd actually do

  1. protect profitable sales by mitigating shortage risks, preventing, investigating, and resolving theft and fraud to ensure products are available for our guests.
  2. execute yard and perimeter patrol routines.
  3. follow emergency procedures and protocols in the event of emergencies, including incident notification to building leadership.
  4. follow best practices and procedures relating to truck gate operations and visitor management.

Skills
