**About the Role: **
Glean is seeking a Tax Apprentice who will provide additional support to help with engaging and managing consultants, researching tax topics/ proposed transactions for potential tax implications, managing requests from stakeholders within the company, assisting in tax planning, as well as managing the various tax provisions and compliance requirements.
**You will: **
- Prepare/Assist consultants with the preparation and review of direct and indirect tax filings (e.g., corporate income tax, GST, sales tax).
- Assist with year-end tax provision (ASC 740/Ind AS 12).
- Support audits and regulatory inquiries.
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact.
- Assist in tax planning and cross-border structuring support.
- Maintain accurate tax records and documentation.
About you:
- MCOM in Finance & Taxation or,
- M.B.A with a specialization in Taxation or,
- M.B.A in Finance
Location:
- This role is work-from-office (5 days a week in our Bangalore office)
