What you'd actually do

  1. 充分了解对本团队的工作要求并合理分配团队成员的工作，以保证团队的有效运转
  2. 与其他相关部门进行有效沟通，协调并解决日常工作中出现的问题
  3. 对小组员工工作进展进行指导，跟踪。对小组工作进行总结并及时报告给上级主管
  4. 按主管要求向小组员工提供足够的业务流程/指导书培训
  5. 熟悉所有相关的EHS流程，对团队员工提供安全培训和跟踪，及时反馈工作环境中的安全隐患

Skills

Required

  • Forklift driving license
  • 2+ years forklift driving experience
  • 6+ years warehouse experience
  • Proficient in Office suite
  • Familiarity with SAP WM/MM
  • Familiarity with warehouse and basic production processes
  • Good communication and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with EHS processes and strong EHS awareness
  • 1+ year of warehouse operations and personnel management experience

Nice to have

  • Technical school, high school or above education
