What you'd actually do

1. As a production team leader, the responsibility is to help the team successfully achieve safety requirements, quality levels, and cycle time requirements, and to help form team culture; able to assist engineers in compiling work instructions, responsible for the completion of PQVC project goals by each team in the area, and able to proactively coordinate support departments to continuously improve the ability to solve production line problems; in addition, there are other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
2. Participate in pre-shift process improvement dialogue PID, actively put forward problems and suggestions found in the work, listen carefully to the supervisor's requirements, and execute them accurately.
3. Provide team support for the operations department to achieve vision and strategic plans. Provide input and support for operations department management on business plan performance.
4. Establish task priorities, ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and procedures related to quality, cost reduction, safety, material management, ergonomics, career quality, ISO9000 certification and audits, and ensure effective execution of engineering changes.
5. Develop and maintain healthy working relationships with production department personnel through fair and consistent performance management processes.
