Stripe is seeking a Team Lead for Product Support within their Revenue Suite. This role involves managing a team of Operations Associates, focusing on performance management, coaching, and strategic improvement of support systems and processes to enhance user experience for businesses using Stripe's financial infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience leading customer service teams, mentoring, and driving operational performance within a product support context.

What you'd actually do

  1. Guide your team in troubleshooting and solving external user issues
  2. Ongoing management of the operational performance of your team to deliver KPIs
  3. Help scale our operations and improve user experience by identifying process improvements
  4. Manage capacity and scheduling, dividing and assigning work between team members
  5. Ensure your team has all the skills and resources needed to be successful in their role

  • Experience coaching/leading Customer Service teams and managing performance
  • Experience mentoring others and are able to constructively provide feedback to others
  • Proven ability to be a subject matter expert in Product Support operations
  • Ability to work cross functionally to deliver best results and promote partnership

  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
