This role is for a Team Lead on the Solutions Consulting team for Braze's Asia-aligned Sales team. The Solutions Consultant acts as a trusted advisor to prospective customers, bringing product expertise and best practices. The Team Lead will be a player-coach, handling primary Solution Consultant duties while also managing and hiring Solutions Consultants in the Asia region. The role involves partnering with sales, marketing, security, and product teams, and requires experience in Pre-sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Customer Success.

What you'd actually do

  2. managing and hiring Solutions Consultants across Braze’s diverse industry verticals, customer types, and geographic markets
  3. head up our Asia Solutions Consulting team
  4. partnering with Braze’s sales, marketing, security, and product teams
  5. serve as a mentor to Solutions Consultants on your team
