Team Leader

What you'd actually do

1. As a production team leader, in addition to being responsible for completing the team's PQVC goals, you should actively cooperate with engineers to track and discover problems for improvement, and be able to actively coordinate support departments for key problems, and continuously improve the ability to solve production line problems; In addition, there are other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
2. As a team leader, you are a member of the operations leadership team helping to shape team culture, providing direct leadership to employees in factory policies, procedures, and practices, and taking responsibility for future team and business results.
3. Provide team support for the operations department to achieve its vision and strategic plan. Provide input and support for operations management regarding business plan performance.
4. Ensure an effective skills base within your team, maintain records of team member training; independently complete other training beneficial to the job.
5. Fill in for other team members when needed (minimum achievement of being competent in all operations in the area).
