What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and mentor an Agile team of Senior Marketing Automation Specialists focused on multichannel journey orchestration, automation development, and data-driven marketing in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  2. Define and own technical strategy for SFMC channel capabilities, data and audience activation, integration patterns and omnichannel orchestration
  3. Lead large scale ESP migration initiatives and technical integrations between SFMC and source systems, ensuring accuracy, data quality and synchronicity
  4. Establish trust and credibility with tenured team members through hands-on coaching, technical guidance and strategic leadership
  5. Leverage expertise in SQL, data modeling, CDP tools and SFMC to guide complex technical decisions and set vision for what's possible
