What you'd actually do

  1. Address department Health & Safety concerns
  2. Lead data driven maintenance processes to improve quality metrics (e.g., higher FTT, less scrap, less contamination, and etc.)
  3. Monitor production runs to insure they stay on schedule, and correct any maintenance-related problems that arise
  4. Lead project writing and the process of collecting and evaluating data in sound business cases
  5. Disseminate policy deployment, drive SQDCPME, and communicate departmental maintenance goals

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering
  • 5 years in maintenance and/or engineering
  • Experience in production
  • In depth experience in assembly manufacturing processes
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interact with all employees in the organization
  • Strong working knowledge of the Ford Production System
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
