Tech Lead/Architect to build and launch a new enterprise platform for influencer marketing campaigns, leveraging Agentic AI systems and LLM-powered agents. The role involves defining architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security, and building evaluation frameworks, observability, and trust mechanisms for AI-native systems.

What you'd actually do

  1. Guide and mentor a dedicated group of engineers throughout the entire development process, from research and technical design to security assessment, implementation, and delivery of features for the web application.
  2. Collaborate to define and refine the product roadmap, user experience, priorities, and schedule. Insights and input will help shape the direction of the application, ensuring it meets the needs and expectations of our users.
  3. Ownership of the product’s development life cycle, closely monitoring progress, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring access to senior leadership when needed. Ability to navigate challenges and provide clear insight into the product’s status will be crucial for its success.
  4. Help build and mentor/coach a strong team to grow both professionally and personally.
  5. Champion engineering excellence, contributing to the architecture and high-level structure of our applications.
