What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Center Capacity, and SRE teams for technical initiatives and strategies.
  2. Coordinate and align roadmap and engineering design with technical leads and business owners across the organization.
  3. Drive existing projects and initiatives and hire new team members and lead new efforts in steering Google Compute Engine (GCE) demand.
  4. Grow, mentor and develop a SWE team. Define and uphold high standards for engineering efforts.
  5. Foster a healthy team culture and direct involvement with the day-to-day operations of the team.
