Sales Manager for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) focusing on driving adoption of AI solutions and cloud transformation within the existing customer base. Responsibilities include leading a sales team, achieving revenue targets, and managing customer relationships.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing sales team focused on Oracle's installed customer base.
  2. Define and execute upsell, cross-sell, and cloud migration strategies to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  3. Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  4. Manage pipeline health with strong predictability and forecast accuracy.
  5. Partner closely with Customer Success, Pre-Sales, Partners, and Technical teams to maximize customer value and business outcomes.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience with Oracle, AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Knowledge of enterprise workloads such as ERP, databases, analytics, and related technologies
  • Experience supporting digital transformation and cloud migration initiatives
  • Experience working with partners and channel ecosystems
