This role is for a Tech Social & Blog Marketing Senior Associate at Capital One Mexico. The primary responsibilities include managing the editorial calendar for social and blog posts, overseeing the creative development and approval process, and coordinating with US teams for publishing and reporting. The role also involves leading social associate advocacy recruitment and engagement, and collaborating with peers for strategic alignment. While experience in tech marketing, particularly in AI, Machine Learning, cloud computing, data management, or software engineering, is preferred, the core function is marketing and content management, not AI development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage editorial calendar for social & blog posts, which encompasses stages from topic ideation, approvals, and publication
  2. Manage intake process for proposed social & blog posts from partners and stakeholders
  3. Manage the social & blog creative development and approval process according to Capital One style guides and Tech Marketing guidelines/goals
  4. Partner with a US team to manage social & blog publishing and governance
  5. Coordinate with a US team for social & blog reporting as needed

Skills

Required

  • journalism, social media or marketing with an emphasis on digital marketing or blog marketing
  • analyzing, planning and executing marketing campaigns or projects
