What you'd actually do

  1. Manage the post-sale technical relationship for portfolio of accounts spanning multiple channel partners. Participate in strategic meetings to support engagements that require technical consultation
  2. Know our capabilities and differentiators to help the team identify opportunities to leverage them to solve business needs and support revenue growth
  3. Lead the development of project tracking and portfolio-specific goals based on the company’s vision and define a framework for reporting progress with leadership.
  4. Ideate, scope, and program manage engineering work to facilitate custom solutions to be scaled across our partners
  5. Communicate and collaborate effectively with other functional leaders by solving business challenges together, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organizations.
