Technical Account Manager I (remote, Bra)

This role is for a Technical Account Manager at CrowdStrike, a cybersecurity company that uses an AI-native platform. The TAM will serve as a technical contact for customers, assist with onboarding, perform health checks, handle on-call rotations for customer inquiries and escalations, and collaborate with sales teams for renewals and upsells. What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as a technical contact and augment our customer support teams
  2. Participate with onboarding process
  3. Perform quarterly health checks and business reviews
  4. Participate in TAM on-call rotation (during normal business hours) helping answer customer inquiries and case escalation requests.
  5. Escalate customer issues to management when appropriate.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with Windows Operating Systems
  • Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security and cutting-edge infrastructures
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to quickly establish technical credibility with customers
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Professional fluency with the English language

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
