Technical Account Manager (integrations)

Technical Account Manager role focused on managing and scaling integrations with external partners for Uber's delivery offerings. Responsibilities include acting as a technical lead, developing integration solutions using APIs and SDKs, designing automated systems for onboarding and support, collaborating with internal product/engineering teams, and optimizing integration workflows.

What you'd actually do

  1. Act as the primary technical lead for strategic partners, developing customized integration solutions using APIs, SDKs, and modern web technologies.
  2. Bridge the gap between Uber and external partners, translating business requirements into robust technical architectures and seamless user experiences.
  3. Beyond one-off fixes, you will design and implement automated systems and tools to scale partner onboarding and support operations globally.
  4. Collaborate with Uber’s Product and Engineering teams to advocate for partner needs, influencing the product roadmap based on real-world feedback.
  5. Own the technical relationship with key stakeholders, providing expert guidance through the entire integration lifecycle, from kickoff to launch.

Skills

Required

  • 5-10 years of experience in an external-facing technical role
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Intimate knowledge of APIs and adjacent technologies
  • SQL and/or other data analytics skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical senior stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-driven approach
  • Degree in Computer Science, a related discipline, or meaningful industry experience.
