This Technical Account Manager role focuses on supporting customers in adopting and utilizing ClickUp's AI features and automation capabilities. The role involves customer enablement, account health monitoring, process optimization, and guiding customers on using AI and automation workflows. While the role guides customers on AI adoption and configuration of standard AI workflows, it does not involve building or researching AI models themselves, hence it's AI-adjacent.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support end-to-end onboarding and implementation of ClickUp for assigned customers using established discovery frameworks, templates, and project plans.
  2. Monitor health for your book of business, including utilization, key feature adoption, and champion/stakeholder engagement.
  3. Conduct Intake → Execution → Reporting (IER) cycles for core customer workflows using established discovery guides and templates.
  4. Support adoption of ClickUp AI across relevant customer workflows by configuring and testing standard AI workflows and automations aligned to published best practices.
  5. Serve as the technical partner for assigned accounts, connecting usage to business value using established value frameworks and artifacts.
