Responsibilities include providing technical guidance on AI agents, LLM-powered workflows, and intelligent decisioning for various use cases, conducting design and code reviews, performing technical health checks, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve escalated issues. The role requires hands-on exposure to modern AI technologies like LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and vector databases, as well as understanding AI infrastructure considerations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Proactively engage and influence your customers, providing embedded technical advisory and guiding the technical maturity of their automation programs—including their transformation from traditional RPA/BPA approaches to agentic automation—to help them achieve their objectives and elevate their line of sight as to what can be achieved.
  2. Drive platform adoption and usage across your accounts, partnering with Customer Success and Sales to translate utilization trends into engagement plans, expansion opportunities, and stronger business outcomes.
  3. Provide UiPath platform infrastructure, installation and upgrade planning, guided assistance, and troubleshooting, including for agent orchestration and other AI-enabled automation components.
  4. Advise customers on how AI agents, LLM-powered workflows, and intelligent decisioning apply to retail, travel, supply chain, and manufacturing use cases—such as source-to-pay and order-to-cash process automation, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, fleet and route planning, and warehouse or fulfillment automation—helping them evaluate where autonomous agents and copilots can create measurable business value
  5. Guide customers through the transformation of existing RPA and BPA processes into agentic automation, balancing innovation with governance, security, and production reliability.
