This role focuses on helping customers adopt and maximize their investment in Autodesk solutions, particularly in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) space. It involves delivering product and workflow coaching, acting as a technical trusted advisor, and developing enablement content. The role requires strong technical and communication skills, with a preference for experience in automation, scripting, and cloud APIs.

What you'd actually do

  1. Deliver product, and workflow coaching sessions that help strategic customers adopt Autodesk solutions and activate key workflows.
  2. Conduct coaching discovery calls to understand customer workflows, adoption barriers, learning needs, and desired outcomes.
  3. Lead live coaching and scalable group enablement sessions (1:many) for end users, including workflow-specific guidance and best-practice sharing.
  4. Act as a technical trusted advisor to customers, demonstrating thought leadership and product expertise to help customers adopt and achieve business outcomes using Autodesk technology
  5. Develop, update, and maintain enablement content, learning resources, and digital assets that support coaching delivery and address specific customer workflow challenges, in line with Autodesk quality standards.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced knowledge of AEC technologies and automation building blocks
  • Experience with Cloud APIs and API testing tools (e.g., Postman)
  • Understanding of HTTP methods, API request construction, and JSON response handling
  • Project management and prioritization skills
  • Agility and quick learning ability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice to have

  • Technical consulting or project delivery experience with large customers
  • Experience supporting automation in an enterprise environment
  • Experience with Autodesk Platform Services
  • Scripting experience (VB, PowerShell, .NET, Python, C, C++)
  • Experience with low code / no code environments (e.g., Workato, PowerAutomate)
