Technical Analyst 2-support

This role provides functional and technical support to clients, investigates and resolves incidents, and collaborates with cross-functional teams on complex issues within the healthcare domain. It requires strong SQL skills and experience in troubleshooting front-end and back-end applications.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide incident resolution and application maintenance
  2. Perform troubleshooting investigations in front-end and back-end applications
  3. Own, troubleshoot, and document investigations and resolution of incidents and complex cases
  4. Communicate with clients to explain next steps and resolutions
  5. Work with Development, Engineering, and Project teams to resolve escalated issues

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Healthcare, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Fluency in English
