The Technical Architect will architect and implement data solutions for AI for Employee Experience, focusing on LLM-based solutions and RAG architecture. This role is part of the AI & Engineering team at Deloitte, which builds and deploys integrated sector solutions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Architect the technical solution for the project and implement the data solution needed to implement Ai for Employee Experience.
  2. Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
  3. Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes
