Dropbox Dropbox · Enterprise · Canada +1 · GTM Technology Operations (Sub Team)

Technical Architect role focused on Go-to-Market (GTM) systems, defining how platforms like Salesforce, marketing automation, and customer success tools integrate and function. The role involves translating business strategy into scalable system design, ensuring data quality, system integrity, and long-term maintainability. It also includes defining how AI is embedded into GTM workflows, such as agent assist and seller workflows, and evaluating AI tools in the context of the broader ecosystem.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define how systems connect across the full lifecycle (lead → opportunity → close → onboarding → adoption → renewal → expansion).
  2. Lead architecture for Salesforce, marketing automation, customer success platforms, and support tooling.
  3. Define how AI is embedded into GTM workflows (agent assist, seller workflows, automation, enrichment).
  4. Partner with data teams to align system design with the GTM data model and downstream analytics needs.
  5. Set and enforce standards for system design, data quality, and technical implementation.
