Technical Architect for Go-to-Market (GTM) TechOps at Dropbox, focusing on system design and integration across various platforms (Salesforce, marketing automation, customer success, support, data, and AI stack) to power the customer lifecycle. The role involves translating business strategy into scalable system design, ensuring buildability, adoption, and durability, and defining how AI is embedded into GTM workflows.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define how systems connect across the full lifecycle (lead → opportunity → close → onboarding → adoption → renewal → expansion).
  2. Structure solutions around core business capabilities to reduce fragmentation and improve reuse.
  3. Ensure clean handoffs, consistent data models, and scalable automation across domains.
  4. Lead architecture for Salesforce, marketing automation, customer success platforms, and support tooling.
  5. Partner with data teams to align system design with the GTM data model and downstream analytics needs.
