Technical Architect (pre-sales) - All Levels

Salesforce Salesforce · Enterprise · San Francisco, CA +2

Salesforce is seeking a Technical Architect (Pre-Sales) to act as a customer-facing enterprise domain expert, applying technical skills and industry knowledge to develop Salesforce value propositions. The role involves understanding customer business and technical requirements, determining which Salesforce and third-party technologies to leverage in customer-driven architectures, and leading discussions around change programs. The role also involves developing go-to-market strategies and participating in solution best practices delivery. While the company heavily promotes its AI capabilities and the role touches upon AI concepts like Agentic AI, Generative AI, and LLMs, the core function is pre-sales and solution architecture within the Salesforce ecosystem, not direct AI/ML model development or deployment.
