Salesforce is seeking a Technical Architect for their Platform Specialist team to help customers harness the full power of the Salesforce Platform. The role involves designing secure, scalable solutions, driving platform adoption, and collaborating with stakeholders to address enterprise challenges in governance, compliance, and developer productivity. The candidate will act as a technical thought partner and trusted advisor, guide customers through technical evaluations, deliver presentations and demos, and advocate for secure development practices.

What you'd actually do

  1. Act as a technical thought partner and trusted advisor for all stakeholders, shaping secure, scalable solutions that address enterprise challenges in governance, compliance, and developer productivity.
  2. Guide customers through technical evaluations and architectural decisions, aligning Platform capabilities with their business and security objectives.
  3. Deliver impactful technical presentations, demos, and proofs of concept to showcase the transformative potential of the Salesforce Platform.
  4. Collaborate with Account Executives, architects, and partners to develop strategies and close high-value deals.
  5. Advocate for secure development practices and help customers adopt a “secure by design” approach in their Salesforce environments.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in solution engineering, technical consulting, post sales or enterprise technical architecture, preferably on the Salesforce platform.
  • Proven expertise in Enterprise data security, privacy, & governance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders effectively.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
