This role is a Technical Business Development position focused on the automotive domain, supporting business development by partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams. The role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their requirements, hosting workshops, developing customer solutions, and planning revenue strategy. It requires experience in automotive interest, stakeholder management, customer engagement, and automotive software technologies.

What you'd actually do

  1. Engage with potential customers identified predominantly from other Applied Intuition's teams or organically based on the candidate's understanding of the ecosystem
  2. Use customer discovery sessions to understand customer requirements and understanding of potential solutions from Applied Intuition
  3. Host customer workshops and organize tailored demonstrations to explain Applied Intuition's solutions to customers
  4. Develop final customer solution with Applied Intuition's Product and Engineering teams for existing products, or support creation of new products for new concepts
  5. Iterate with customer on technical scope and business model, and guide the proposal through approvals at customer

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of prior experience in automotive interest
  • Bachelors degree
  • Proven ability to work across stakeholders to execute complex projects
  • Strong interest and capability to work with customers and drive customer engagements
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Experience working with automotive software technologies

Nice to have

  • Experience working on a product at a startup from Series A to IPO
