This role is a Technical Consultant for Apple's Sales organization, focusing on providing technical sales consulting and support to large customers and partners. The goal is to solve business and technical problems, remove technical barriers, and ensure success for both Apple and its customers by integrating Apple's platform into customer environments. The role involves understanding customer needs, delivering technical enablement strategies, and providing pre-sales expertise.

What you'd actually do

  1. Deeply understand our customer’s and partner’s organizations and ambitions—and be seen as a trusted advisor on the Apple hardware, software and services.
  2. Work collaboratively across Apple, channel partners, and customers to remove technical barriers and friction points to enhance readiness for our platform and to inspire change.
  3. Deliver the technical enablement strategy and execute readiness initiatives to integrate Apple into customer environments and partners’ product and service offerings.
  4. Regularly assess and communicate the strength and efficiency of partner capabilities.
  5. Provide pre-sales technical expertise to our partners on new business opportunities—sharing status and progressing them through to closure.
