This role configures ServiceNow Platform solutions to achieve customer outcomes, with a focus on ITOM. It involves understanding and integrating AI into work processes, analyzing AI-driven insights, and providing feedback to product development. The role requires experience in professional services, infrastructure visualization, and a proactive learning mindset.

What you'd actually do

  1. Participate in workshops with customers to assess current processes and establish future-state processes.
  2. Design and deliver ServiceNow ITOM solutions with a technical architecture designed for long-term success and following ServiceNow technical standards and leading practices.
  3. Provide oversight and unit testing of code developed by partner or customer employees.
  4. Advise customers on how to take advantage of the ServiceNow Platform capabilities to improve their business processes.
  5. Guide customers in completing required documentation such as business requirement workbooks for technical aspects of the solution.

Skills

Required

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • 8+ years experience as part of a professional services organization; or equivalent education/experience
  • Experience driving operational stability and efficiency by visualizing infrastructure configurations and organizing dependency relationships in on‑premises and/or cloud environments.
  • A proactive mindset toward learning new technology areas and unfamiliar products, with the flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing operational environments.
  • Native fluency in Japanese language
  • Authorization to work in Japan
