PostHog is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager to support their larger customers, ensuring retention and growth. This role involves being the primary technical point of contact, debugging, providing configuration advice, and building strong customer relationships. The company offers a suite of products including product analytics, a data warehouse, a CDP, and PostHog AI.

What you'd actually do

  1. You’ll be the face of PostHog for anywhere from 25-40 paying customers in the $20k-$100k+ ARR range.
  2. Some of these customers will have come through our sales process and be well-known to us, while others will have self-served and never talked to us before!
  3. It'll be your responsibility to ensure that both types of customers stay with us.
