Technical Enablement Manager

Glean is seeking a Technical Enablement Manager to develop and implement technical training strategies for post-sales teams (Solutions Architects, AI Outcomes Managers, Support). The role focuses on enhancing the technical acumen and effectiveness of these teams in understanding and communicating Glean's Work AI platform, including its advanced product features, security, integration techniques, and troubleshooting. The manager will create training content, facilitate sessions, and analyze initiative effectiveness to drive customer success.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive technical training strategy for our SA, AIOM and Support teams, focusing on deep technical knowledge and practical application of Glean's solutions.
  2. Collaborate with technical leadership to integrate advanced technical concepts into training and coaching, aligning with technical competencies.
  3. Partner with Field Enablement functions to introduce role-specific onboarding content, ensuring new hires are equipped to understand and communicate Glean's technical value proposition effectively.
  4. Implement continuous learning programs that cover areas such as advanced product features, security, integration techniques, troubleshooting, and best practices.
  5. Develop and maintain a library of technical enablement resources, including technical documentation, best practice guides, and case studies demonstrating Glean's impact for the SA, AIOM, and Support teams.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Technical support, or related role
  • Proven experience in technical training, technical enablement, or a similar role within a technical environment.
  • Deep knowledge of or direct experience with LLMs/AI required.
  • Experience with cloud environments such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
  • Proficient in programming languages like Python or Java.
  • Familiar with API configurations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in content management systems and design software.
  • Deep knowledge of technical processes and customer journey mapping.
  • Ability to analyze data and use it to make informed decisions.

  • Experience in enablement is a plus!
